"For many high school students, figuring out what comes after graduation can feel overwhelming especially when the path to a successful career isn’t always clear.

Bay Area nonprofit Ridgeline is working to change that by connecting students from low-income backgrounds with hands-on experience, industry professionals and pathways to high-paying careers in fields like healthcare and maritime.

Ridgeline co-founder Aiyana Mourtos and former fellow Marbella Vazquez joined host Jessica Wills to share how the program works."
