We do the coordinating work across systems no one else does. We bridge K-12, higher education, and industry to design career pathways backward-mapped from employers' highest-demand roles and deliver pathway programming directly to students.

Young people are excited to show up - on evenings and weekends. Applications outpace spots by 3-4x. Students are joining from 20+ high schools across the Bay Area.

The intermediary role is essential.

This work requires a dedicated intermediary. We connect education and industry. We recruit across school districts and we know youth workforce development. We build relationships and make it easy for employers, educators, and funders to coordinate.

Whether it’s partnering with the Working Waterfront Coalition on summer maritime internships, with Kaiser on healthcare job trainings, or with Contra Costa College on dual enrollment - Ridgeline is seeing growing recognition as a trusted, regional partner.
